Freshman, Sophomores and Juniors…Is there a class or school activity or issue that you think could be better? Think you can do a great job? Don’t just sit there - help make your class and school better and get involved. Decide to Run for Class Office.

If you wish to seek a class office or participate in the student council, It is a challenging endeavor. Being successful requires careful attention to detail, a rigorous schedule, and a lot of volunteers who support and believe in you… and your class. Are you still interested?

1) Choose the office and class you want to run for. While the idea of being President may be tempting, it’s always best to start on a level you are willing and capable to commit to.

2) Check the qualifications for the office. At a minimum, this means that you must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher and capable of maintaining the commitment to your peers to offer your time to produce the best class representing all. You must also have no discipline issues this school year.

3) If you are interested-File the required paperwork to get yourself on the ballot by seeing Mrs. Hildebrandt in room 213 this week. Best of luck for all who take on the challenge to make a difference!
